An estate agent with Swixim since 2012, I guide my clients through their property plans with an approach built on listening, being close at hand and a thorough knowledge of the area.
I grew up in the valley and went to school at the Lycée du Mont-Blanc, so I know the Pays du Mont-Blanc particularly well — above all Passy, Sallanches and Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. That knowledge of the ground, together with my experience and the tools and services Swixim provides, allows me to produce valuations that stay close to the reality of the market, and to support my clients right through to completion.
Every property plan is different. That is why I place so much importance on listening to my buying clients and understanding what they are looking for. My aim is to show you properties that genuinely match your search, your criteria and the life you are planning.
On the selling side, I make a point of being there at every stage. I look after your plans as if they were my own, from the first thoughts and bringing your property to market through to preparing the file for the notaire — the public official who completes every French property sale — and the final signature.
My role does not stop at putting a property on the market: I want to offer you personal, local support you can trust, with close follow-up at every step of the transaction.
